Join Praetorian Water Polo

A current USA Water Polo (USAWP) and/or American Water Polo (AWP) membership is needed in order to practice and compete.

If you want to practice and compete in local tournaments you should get the American Water Polo membership.

If you want to practice and compete in local and out of town tournaments you should get the AWP and USAWP membership (bronze).

If you want to practice and compete in local and national level events you should get the AWP and USAWP membership (gold). You will also need to complete the birth verification with USAWP in order to play in any national level event.

If you are new to USAWP
If you are new to USA Water polo - our club is listed as #21194- Praetorian Water Polo Club. This is the club name that all Praetorian Water Polo athletes should be affiliated with.

1) Click CA, and scroll down to Praetorian Water Polo Club #21194.
2) Select this club, and finish registration process.
3) Once done, print out your membership card for your records.
If renewing USAWP membership
If renewing USAWP membership, there will be a section that has your club affiliation. Praetorian WP will be listed, so you will need to click on the other option that allows you to look up clubs by state.
1) Click CA, and scroll down to Praetorian Water Polo Club #21194.
2) Select this club, and finish registration process.
3) Once done, print out your membership card for your records.

If you need to change club affiliation
If you already have your 2024 membership to USAWP and are new to Praetorian WP, you will need to log into your USAWP account, and switch club membership affiliation.

1) Go to your USWP account.
2) Click on change club affiliation.
3) Click on the select new club button.
4) Scroll down to Praetorian Water Polo Club (#21194), and hit select.
5) Print out your new membership card.
